Graduating with a Bachelor of Music and Minor in Education, Susan began her career as a music educator in grades K through 9. As a recording and touring artist, Susan has had the honor of working with Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Hoyt Axton, Mary Wells among many. Entrepreneurial by nature, Susan and husband Alex Cyrell founded companies Omnimount®️ Systems and Future Primitive Designs in their Hollywood garage, ultimately distributing the products worldwide in more than 50 countries. For nine years, Susan was a judge for Fox TV’s Arizona Idol, the advance team that pre-selects American Idol contestants. Susan and Dick Wagner first met in 1978, when they were introduced by Alice Cooper at Davlin Recording Studios in North Hollywood, CA. In 2004, Wagner asked Susan to become his manager and business partner, a relationship that flourished until his passing in 2014. Together, Dick & Susan produced over a dozen videos, concerts, and music fundraisers - donating their talent to benefit the lives of others. Working with children in music and in the world of professional music, Susan has a profound passion for the power of music to inspire and heal. As Producer and Artist Manager, Susan focuses on Artist Development -- the composite development of an inspiring musician into a professional artist - from image to training in craft, to growth as a stage performer and songwriter. As a writer and editor for books and magazines, Susan was Editor of Dick Wagner’s multi-award-winning memoir, “Not Only Women Bleed.” An avid linguaphile, Susan is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and some Italian.

Victoria Woody Director of Development, Co-Producer, The Dick Wagner "Remember the Child" Memorial Fund; Founder, A Red Balloon Day. We honor the incomparable Victoria Woody for her extraordinary competence, selfless generosity, and her ability to graciously lead and inspire. Victoria has conquered every type of challenge for the Dick Wagner "Remember the Child" Fund: directing programs for sponsors, donors, and VIP services, managing volunteers, events, and fundraisers, and leading up our musical instrument donation programs. As our liaison to the childrens' hospitals, Victoria works directly with child life services and music therapists to fulfill their needs. Victoria creates and inspires new programs to help bring music and therapy to the children, no matter their isolation or challenges. She films and interviews participants for our promotional videos, and she blasts the social media with compelling photos and stories of our Dick Wagner Fund charitable operations. As Founder of A Red Balloon Day, Victoria also donates her time and talent to bring the joys and respite of music to at risk children. Victoria's creative ideas spring into reality, and she juggles a million priorities with tact and warmth.

Among his most well-known clients have been Eminem, Marilyn Manson, Elmore Leonard, Sippie Wallace, The Romantics, George Clinton, The Bass Brothers, Pantera, Mike Posner, Rodriguez (Searching for Sugarman), Ghostly International, Paxahau, Warner Tamerlane and Atlantic Records. From his early days as a young hit songwriter at the Brill Building in New York, to his hiring at 23 years old as the first VP of Rock at Capital Records, Artie has built a legendary career as composer, promoter, producer, artist manager, radio show host, and record label executive. He's ridden in limousines with Paul McCartney and burnt the midnight oil (and then some) with Jimi Hendrix and most every rock legend that we know and love. Artie has worked on over 100 platinum projects, amassed 12 BMI songwriter awards, and contributed to the recording careers of such artists Tracy Chapman, Survivor, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Sheryl Crow, Depeche Mode, Jan & Dean, Neil Young, KISS, Tom Petty, Aerosmith, Asia, Quiet Riot, Joe Cocker, ZZ Top, Santana, Melissa Etheridge, Debby Harry, and more.

Jonathan Miller CPA, President, Jonathan Miller, CPA, PC; Founder and Managing Member, Starcross Management, LLC; Co-Founder, Sports Financial Advisors Assoc; Founder, The Just 1 Project; Producer, Beyond the Game. With over 30 years as a Certified Public Accountant, Jonathan Miller is a business manager, financial advisor, and tax accountant. With extensive experience in entertainment, music, and sports, Jonathan provides strategic business planning, corporate structure, tax planning, and compliance to individuals, businesses, and non-profits. Jonathan's commitment to the financial stability and literacy of student and professional athletes includes the Just One Project, a 501(c)3 non-profit providing free business and financial education to athletes; the Sports Financial Advisors Association, a 501c(6) serving athletes, coaches, and players associations; and StarCross Management, helping musicians and athletes navigate the challenges of short careers and financial mismanagement. Jonathan is Associate Producer of a full-length documentary, "Beyond the Game," featuring interviews with legendary athletes sharing their personal stories and inspiring revelations. A native of Los Angeles, California, Jonathan graduated with Honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics, Accounting emphasis. He passed the uniform CPA Examination in the top 5% of the nation. He began his career in the audit department of Arthur Young and Co, where he handled the audit of a large independent film studio.

Alan Wolinetz, Chief Financial Officer, Catholic Charities, New York, NY, Senior Vice President, Republic National Bank: With his distinctive history as CEO and General Manager of non-profits and banking organizations, Alan brings significant insight and experience to our Board. As CFO of Catholic Charities, Alan served from 2011 until his retirement in December 2021, managing its annual budget of 190 million dollars and controlling all financial-related activities for the agency. Alan took a major role in reshaping the agency's operational infrastructure -- increasing revenue, decreasing expenses, and creating a sound financial structure with accountability and reporting. Prior to joining Catholic Charities, Alan enjoyed a successful career in the banking industry. As Senior Vice President of Republic National Bank, He represented Republic Bank in the formation of a de novo New York Stock exchange securities firm and a related asset management company; and he led the conversion of the New York branch into the stand-alone operating entity of a foreign bank. During his tenure, Alan served on committees including Capital Expenditure, Disaster Recovery Directive, Pension Review, and more. Earlier in his career, Alan joined the international law firm, Law Debenture Trust Company of New York, serving as General Manager of the New York and Delaware offices, where he handled financial administration, real estate management, information technology, and more.

A native New Yorker, Alan earned his M.B.A. from Pace University's Graduate School of Business Administration and his B.S. in Accounting from Hunter College of the City University of New York.

Lea Sigiel Wolinetz, Founder The Golden Bridge of Friendship, now known as Kidsave; Educator, Board of Education, New York, NY: The “Connector’s Connector,” Lea is the essential nucleus for connecting to anyone to anyone -- from Harlem to Hollywood – within two-degrees of separation. In 1990, Lea joined Steven Spielberg and his select team to interview Holocaust survivors for the USC Shoah Foundation. Born to Holocaust survivors, Lea has identified and interviewed at least 50 survivors to preserve their testimonies in perpetuity. Lea’s interviews have been featured in Spielberg’s Academy Award winning film, Schindler’s List and in the Visual History Archive of the Foundation. In 1996, to honor the children lost during World War II, Lea founded The Golden Bridge of Friendship, a non-profit organization created to match orphans from Eastern Europe with adoptive parents.The model she developed is now known as Kidsave, a global organization with a mission to unite older orphans with adoptive families of their own.

Lea began her professional career as an elementary school teacher and administrator in the New York City Public Schools. For 27 years, she taught grades K through 6 in Harlem, engaging and inspiring the most challenging students in a school populated by residents of low-income housing projects. Working with the Superintendent of Schools and District 5 in Harlem, Lea was a leader in a new federally-funded program, Project Giant Step – a program expanding upon Head Start, to bring early learning to 3-year-olds. Lea was tasked to develop a curriculum and train teachers in early childhood learning and reading. A multi-level thinker and force-of-nature, Lea jumped in with creative alacrity to work with Susan Michelson in sales and marketing for her first start-up venture, Future Primitive Designs. Lea attended Vassar College, earned her BA at City College of New York (CCNY) and her masters at Hunter College.
