is an American rock and roll and soul musician, most known for his work with the Sonic’s Rendezvous Band, the Rationals, and the Solution, as well as his solo work. One of the formative bands of the Michigan rock scene, the Rationals were managed by Jeep Holland (also manager of the Bossmen, the Frost, SRC, and founder of A2 Records). The Rationals soulful rendition of Otis Reddings, “Respect,” pre-dated Aretha Franklin’s by a year.
